From the very beginning, Inapel is very successful...
Inapel was founded in the district of Vila Matilde in a surface of only 200m² in 1971, the following year negociations took place so that Messrs Edison and Rafael be partners in the company. In 1974, the other partners left the company which is made up only by the friends Edison and Rafael. In those years, the company had only a four-color printer, a cutter / winder and six employees, the same year Inapel moved to Parque Novo Mundo in a surface of 1200m².
In 1981, the company moved to Guarulhos, and occupied a surface of 17.040m² and after two years spread to a further surface of 14.200m² where the aministrative building, as well as finishing and shipping sections nowadays are located.Bearing in mind that a company is constructed outside to inside, trying always to attend the market expectatives, Edison and Rafael strengthened the company in the flexible packaging field and could count on the support of the second generation, who nowadays are part of the Company Management.
In 1995 Inapel was recognized in the market by the Embanews prize and the following year the Fernando Pini prize (graphic excellence), until nowadays the company is acknowledged by the excellence in its tasks.Attentive to the requirements of the market, the company was certificated by ISO 9001 in 1997, by ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 in 2003. In addition to the certifications, implanted the Program 8S, HACCP and BPF in its production, always aiming at the quality for the client.
In 2009 Inapel had the opportunity to give a further step and defined a strategic plan of growth where it acquires its new branch located in Jundiaí, increasing its productive capacity in about 50% and invests in acquiring new equipments, with the more advanced technologies in the market of packaging conversion believing that more and more has the capacity of supplying high-quality materials, thus continuing its successful journey.
In order to meet the requirements of major customers, in 2013 Inapel started the implementation of the Standard BRC, facing the maintenance of a management system that ensures the safety of Product. In 2015 Inapel was recommended to certification in this important standard in Jundiaí site.
In 2016 , a major investment became active in Inapel, a solvent recovery plant , capturing part of the VOCs (volatile compounds) generated in the production process , until then emitted to the atmosphere , recovering them in order to reuse it in production process. This investment focused on the implementation of a sustainable process that offers economic and environmental benefits.
